Additional Services

Flexible solutions for every need

Industrial Recycling

Custom programs for manufacturers with high-volume waste streams.

Commercial Pickup

Regular scheduled pickups across Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, and beyond.

Container Service

Roll-off containers, gaylord boxes, and compactors placed on-site.

Data Center & Specialized Streams

Beyond the building. Every stream, handled.

Modern data centers generate highly regulated waste streams that require certified chain-of-custody, hazmat handling, and documented disposal. We manage them all.

R2v3 & e-Stewards Certified

IT Hardware / E-Waste (ITAD)

The dominant stream by value and volume. We handle full IT Asset Disposition for decommissioned data center equipment — servers, GPUs, storage arrays, switches, routers, firewalls, PDUs, and cabling.

  • Secure data sanitization & destruction
  • Documented chain-of-custody
  • Component-level demanufacturing
  • Gold, copper, palladium & rare-earth recovery
  • Defense-adjacent / SRS-compliant handling
  • Certificate of data destruction provided

Every drive is sanitized or physically destroyed before material recovery. Non-negotiable for defense-adjacent tenants.

RCRA & DOT Compliant

Batteries (UPS / Backup Power)

Often the single largest hazardous waste stream by weight. We handle both VRLA lead-acid and lithium-ion chemistries with full regulatory compliance.

  • Lead-acid (VRLA) — closed-loop recycling
  • Lithium-ion — dedicated hazmat handling
  • DOT-compliant transport & labeling
  • Spent lead-acid cores carry positive scrap value
  • Thermal runaway risk management for Li-ion
  • RCRA-compliant storage & documentation

Lead-acid recycling achieves a ~99.3% return rate. Spent cores are a revenue line, not just a disposal cost.

SmartPod / Liquid-Cooled

Cooling Fluids

Specific to direct-to-chip and immersion-cooled systems. Disposal classification depends on fluid type — we handle water-glycol, synthetic-hydrocarbon, and fluorinated dielectric fluids.

  • Water-glycol (PG-25) — glycol reclamation pathway
  • Synthetic hydrocarbon — managed as used oil (40 CFR 279)
  • Fluorinated dielectric — PFAS-compliant disposal
  • CDU and per-rack fluid volume management
  • Flush capture & lab verification
  • POTW discharge permit verification

Residual metal contamination in immersion fluids (copper, lead, gold) may trigger characteristic hazardous waste classification — we test before disposal.

EPA Section 608

Refrigerants & Water-Treatment Chemicals

CRAC/CRAH units and chillers contain EPA Section 608-regulated refrigerants that must be recovered and reclaimed — never vented. Cooling-tower loops also generate spent treatment chemicals.

  • HFC & HFO refrigerant recovery & reclaim
  • EPA Section 608-certified technicians
  • Never vented — full recovery protocol
  • Cooling-tower blowdown management
  • Spent water-treatment chemical disposal
  • Permitted discharge documentation

Low-GWP HFO refrigerants are increasingly specified in new builds — we are certified for both legacy HFCs and next-gen alternatives.

C&D Diversion — LEED Ready

Construction & Commissioning Waste

For large builds (e.g. ~100,000 SF data center campuses), the front-end waste is C&D: concrete, structural steel, drywall, conduit/copper offcuts, and high volumes of packaging from incoming racks.

  • Concrete & structural steel diversion
  • Copper conduit offcuts & wire scrap
  • Drywall & framing material
  • Rack & equipment packaging (cardboard, pallets, foam)
  • 50–75% C&D diversion target for LEED credits
  • Single-stream + scrap-metal dual-stream setup

C&D diversion targets of 50–75% are typically required for LEED certification and sustainability reporting.

Ongoing Facility Service

Routine Operational Waste

Ongoing operational streams from air-cooled sections and facility operations — managed as part of a comprehensive recycling program.

  • Air filters from air-cooled sections
  • Spent consumables & maintenance waste
  • Standard office & facility municipal recycling
  • Scheduled pickup & container service
  • Waste stream reporting & documentation
  • Sustainability metrics tracking

We consolidate all operational streams into a single managed program, simplifying compliance and reporting.
